Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a scientist? Do they really wear lab coats? Are they really all timid nerds, like in the movies? All these questions and more will be answered In Situ Science’s annual ‘Life Vs Science’ live podcast recording.
Where: Django Bar, Camelot Lounge Marrickville
When: Thursday 15th of August – Doors open 6pm
Join us in celebrating the Sydney Science Festival once again at the Django Bar (Camelot Lounge, Marrickville). In an evening of laughs and irreverence, a panel of Sydney’s best and brightest scientists and science communicators will reveal all the wonderful and sometimes ridiculous ways that real life collides with science. This year our stellar lineup features Cameron Webb (NSW Health), Fonti Kar (UNSW), Samuel Banister (USyd), Katherina Petrou (UTS) and James O’Hanlon (UNE).

This event will be recorded live and released as an In Situ Science podcast. Food and drinks are available at the Django Bar. Doors open at 6pm and the recording will start at 7pm. See you there!
